These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReSystem's platform, products, and services available at resystem.org, including reID, reInvest, & more., and the reIDEA,reIDEA share & more submission program. By accessing our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About ReSystem
ReSystem is a blockchain infrastructure and digital innovation ecosystem headquartered in and offer related products and services including digital identity, decentralized products & finance tools.
2. Eligibility
By using our platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years ofage
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited
- You are not a sanctioned individual or entity under UAE, EU, US, or UN sanctions lists
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
3. Platform Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or blockchain infrastructure
- Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
- Submit false or misleading information, including in reIDEA submissions
- Reverse engineer, copy, orredistribute our proprietary technology or content
- Interfere with or disrupt platform operations
4. reIDEA Submissions
When submittingan idea through the reIDEA program:
- You confirm the submission isyour original concept or you have authority to submit it
- ReSystem does not guarantee funding, collaboration, or any outcome for any submission
- We may review, evaluate, ordecline submissions at our sole discretion
- Submitting an idea does not create a contractual obligation on ReSystem's part
- We will not publicly share your submission details without your consent
5. Blockchain & DigitalAssets
Interacting with blockchain networks involves inherent risks including:
- Smart contract vulnerabilities and protocol risks
- Market volatility and potentialloss of digital assets
- Irreversibility of on-chain transactions
- Regulatory changes affecting digital asset use
ReSystem does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All blockchain interactions are at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, technology, and materials on resystem.org are the property of ReSystem or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ReSystem does not warrant that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any blockchain transaction will complete successfully
- Information on the platform is accurate, complete, or current
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReSystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform or blockchain interactions.
